Matty H Posted August 26, 2010 Share Posted August 26, 2010 Hey guys I kegged a coopers mexican style about 1 week ago naturally conditioned with 1/3 cup of sugar.I plan on storing it away for summer. So i pulled the purge button on top to check if she was gassing up properly and nothing! I guess the lid wasnt sealed properly and it escaped. My question is should i put another 1/3 of a cup in? Dissolve it in hot water first - adding it dry could cause a volcanic eruption [pinched] ASter sealing the keg I like to turn it upside down, resting on the floor, and give it a shake back and forth - this normally causes enough gas to show any leaks.
