Muddy Waters Posted June 25, 2010 Share Posted June 25, 2010 G'day Mathew - Ignore the bubbling as it doesn't really mean much...Use you hydrometer and when you have consistent readings over 2-3 days you are ready to bottle (It'll probably be down to 1008-1010).
