StevenM Posted May 2, 2010 Share Posted May 2, 2010 I stocked up on my favourite Coopers kits, English Bitter & IPA, last week because everyone was out of stock for a while waiting for the ship to reach Canada from Down Under (didn't want that to happen again). Now, looking at my full shelf, I'm thinking about combining my two favs into a Toucan. Has anyone tried an EB/IPA Toucan? Should be good and bitter with an of IBU~57 @ 23l. I'm thinking of maybe adding 500g of dark or amber DME and dryhopping with 1oz of Goldings of Fuggles. Does anyone know (or allowed to release) the types hops used in the EB and IPA? Cheers...
