I keg the majority of my beer, and have found that a minumum of 14 days (at 24 - 26 degrees C) is perfect for a clear beer from the tap. Although, i notice that the Sparkling Ale is always cloudy, (which is how it should be). The real Key is to ensure you Keg is sterilised, your airlock works properly and you have it open for the minumum amount of time when you are putting the brew down.
