Cider Recipe

I found the following recipe for a cider which sounds like it may not be too dry because of the added lactose. I do really want something with a little sweetness.


15L Berri Apple juice

500gms Lactose

15gms Yeast Nutrient

US05 Yeast

Fermented at 20 deg

Bulk Primed with 7gs sugar per Litre


If anyone has made something similar I'd be curious to know how it turned out.
