Aussie Red Ale and Düsseldorf Alt

Hi all, and happy new year.

 

I have already put down two brews this year:

 

Australian Red Ale - Kits and Bits

 

Ingredients:

Amt Name

1.70 kg Woolworths Home Brand Draught (thanks for the inspiration Wayne [biggrin] )

1.00 kg Light Dry Extract

0.20 kg Carared

0.05 kg Roasted Barley

1.0 pkg WW Kit Yeast (Boiled as nutrient)

1.0 pkg Cooper's Ale Yeast

 

Batch Size (fermenter): 23.00 l

 

 

Lotm's Alt - Partial Mash/Extract

 

Ingredients:

Amt Name

2.00 kg Pilsner (Barrett Burston)

0.25 kg Caramunich Malt T1

0.25 kg Vienna Malt

0.10 kg Carafa III

1.50 kg Light Dry Extract

60.00 g Spalt [3.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min

20.00 g Perle [8.30 %] - Boil 60.0 min

1.0 pkg SafAle German Ale (DCL/Fermentis #K-97)

 

Batch Size (fermenter): 22.00 l
