RichardR9
I have got approx 30g of Northern Brewer hops, which I was thinking of doing with the Coopers Canadian Blonde, should I be looking to do a hop tea, or dry hopping with this (or both or neither) - I think the NB hops are aroma hops, hence my idea of dry hopping, but I have heard the Canadian Blonde is a kit that benfits from some bittering hops too...any ideas welcomed
GrahamB8
I use them exclusively for bittering as there fairly neutral in flavour but theres no rule to say you cant use them for aroma if you like them mate
