StefanR Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 I have just finished my last bottle of ESVA that I brewed last November and it was sublime [biggrin] I am instantly planning another brew and have just been reading about the 2012 commercial stuff. I would like to add a small amount of crushed crystal malt (120EBC) this time and make use of some Galaxy hops for the tropical flavours and maybe some US Apollo for the citrus touch. Both of my hops are leaf by the way. Any suggestions for the best way to blend these hops into the brew will be gratefully received.
