***** Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 Hey Andrew I am assuming you are going to combine this with something else e.g. BE 1/2 or LDM. Therefore it will make the blonde darker anymore than 200g and it won't be a Blonde but more like an American Pale Ale (if you add aroma hops). 200g will also boost your ABV by about 0.05%. I have used Dark Brown Sugar (200g) in my last two kits but haven't sampled them yet, however as DBS contains Molasses I would expect a similar result taste wise.
