BenL12 Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Gday i am planning to do a brew with mixing a can of pale ale and a can of canadian blonde (toucan??). I am experimenting a bit with flavours etc and was wondering if anyone has done something similar. I am going to add a few hops at various stages as well and wondering what type of hops would suit this concoction. I was leaning towards Cascade or maybe hersbrucker.
