Beer Loving Trent Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 I plan on branching out again, stepping out of my comfort zone and making beer that uses more that just can & dex. This week I plan on pitching a batch of Extra Smooth Bitter using Molasses. The recipe says to use 200g of Molasses but the jar the bride bought me was 550g and I was wondering if there is any other beer kits that go well using molasses? Beer Loving Trent Posted February 17, 2012 Author Share Posted February 17, 2012 Thanks Damo, I figured it would but I was hoping for another style of beer as I seem to have a back logged of dark beer, mainly because all my mates are wimps and won't drink dark beer. I can only drink so much ([ninja]before I get drunk.) Although I am keen to see how the ESB will turn out because the English Bitter is one of my favourite home brews to date.
