Dutchmen Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Hi all I have recently bottled a stout that I had placed the recipe I created was: 2X ESB stout kits they are a tin with a volume of 3L per tin it is hoped and is the malt all in one & 1 X COOPERS STOUT kit and total volume in fermenter was 51L. I want to repeat the brew but with a bit more in it, Recipe that I have put on paper is: 2X ESB stout kits they are a tin with a volume of 3L per tin it is hoped and is the malt all in one & 1 X COOPERS STOUT kit, 200g Dark Unhoped spraymalt 250g Dextrose, 150g Dried Corn Syrup & 12g of Morgans fusion bag hops removed from bag and boiled for 25min. What are your thoughts on this brew and do you think it is to much in a brew? I am after a heavy stout almost like an extra stout[bandit]
