davida7
Used a cooper blonde ale and some hobenoro's soaked in a bread and butter sauce to make "Firewater" beer. took 3rd place in 2008 and have since made a "mild" batch and am hopeing for a better placement in the homebrew contest.the blonde ale itself is a good tasteing beer and the hobenoro's get warm as it goes down but does not get flame hot and goes away with a sweet aftertaste. LeonardC2
You soaked them in bread & butter sauce? what exactly is that? Did you dump the sauce in as well,or just the peppers? Sounds like the sauce tones the peppers a little bit.?...Congrats on the 3rd place, that's pretty good for the average Joe...
