Canadian Eh!L Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 i just put down a irish ale variation. it smells great. nice and sweet with a hint of cinnamon. i was originally planning to dry hop with cascade(becauce thats what i have around). now i'm not sure if the hops will ruin an already good thing. 1 can O.S. draught 1.1 Kg amber malt .5 kg golden syrup .25kg dextose 1 cinnamon stick (boiled for 20min) any thoughts? if i was to hop how much?
