Double Barrel Draught

hi all, five weeks into this one and it is starting to come around.

 

2x o.s. draught

28g saaz (last 20mins of boil)

2 1/2 tsp. tartaric acid (cream of tartar)

rehydrated yeast 15g

o.g. 1.044 f.g 1.010

 

the cream of tartar is for "mouth feel". i think it changes the pH of the wort. i don't know... just experimenting.
