Canadian Eh!L Posted February 8, 2011 Share Posted February 8, 2011 hi all, five weeks into this one and it is starting to come around. 2x o.s. draught 28g saaz (last 20mins of boil) 2 1/2 tsp. tartaric acid (cream of tartar) rehydrated yeast 15g o.g. 1.044 f.g 1.010 the cream of tartar is for "mouth feel". i think it changes the pH of the wort. i don't know... just experimenting.
