Stevo Posted April 10, 2005 Share Posted April 10, 2005 A big thanks to Cooper's for making the brewery available for the tour, lunch etc, on Saturday 9/4/05. It was a top day!!! Nick did a superb job as tour guide thru the Brewery and blessed us with a stack of facts & figures (is this part of the employee program??). Thanks also to Paul for his Home Brew workshop, I'm sure a lot of those present left with a bit more idea about brewing at home. Maybe there could be a Home Brew workshop done on a regular basis, where home brewers can get together with Cooper's to discuss brewing techniques/sampling/new products?
