To change your password

Members,

Due to the transfer of data, member passwords have defaulted back to the original ones given to you as a 'new' member.

Eg: username: c123456 (c followed by your member number)

password: j_citizen (first initial underscore then your surname)

If you wish to change your password, go to the Update Profile heading and click on 'Change password.

Cheers

Hi Amanda,

So far I love the new web site, with the exception of a problem I have trying to change my password. I have tried on three occasions with no success. I have been trying to use a password of only three characters, is this the problem? Any ideas?

Cheers,

I tried one more time to change it, this time I used a 5 character password and it seems to have worked. Thanks for the prompt reply.

Hi Rod

There is a setting in Internet Explorer which allows your computer to remember usernames and passwords. When in Explorer, open "Tools" in your menu bar and then "Internet Options". Open the "Content" tab and under "Personal Information" click the "Auto Complete". In "Auto Complete" make sure that the "Usernames and Passwords on forms" and "Prompt me to save Passwords" are ticked. This should allow your computer to remember all your usernames and passwords.

Cheers!
