aidanw1 Posted October 4, 2012 Share Posted October 4, 2012 Hi all. Long time reader first time poster. I recently bought a coopers wheat beer can and am just wonder what sugairs, malt etc to add. I have. A kilo of dextrose, 500g of light dry malt and a can of the wheat malt extract. Also this is probably a question you have answered a 1000 times, but how long should I leave the beer in the fermenter. I bottle after sg is reached, but should I leave it longer. Thanks.
