miket6 Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 I mixed a cooper lager the other day ( six ) to be exact. 2 x coopers lager 1 x be1 and 1 x be2 with 42l of water at 28 c and have brewed at 19 deg c for six days OG was 1.058 and it has sat @ 1.017 for about 2 days.
