PB2 Posted January 18, 2004 Share Posted January 18, 2004 The two keys points that make beer more suitable (or less unsuitable) for diabetics - reduce the alcohol and residual carbohydrates. This can be achieved by using a can of wort concentrate, only 200g of sugar/dextrose and a product found in home brew specilaist stores called enzyme, amylo-300, amylase or improzyme.
