DavidP30 Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 Pacific Gem got a very lack-lustre review on another forum recently - the brewer was given a stack of it and is "choking down" a brew he made with it. His final comment is "dirty, weedy stuff". But having said that others have found it to be quite good. Rumoured to have blackberry tones and possibly better in a darker beer.
