Roger Hull Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 From what I understand, this is a very vague description of the ingredients as it is basically just a liquid form of dextrose made from maize, which I think is the main source of powdered dextrose too. I think some brands also contain some maltodextrin but this depends on the brand. I have never used liquid brewing sugar so can't comment on how it will turn out but I think you are supposed to use it as a 1:1 swap with the sugar.
