Would it be possible to produce an extract (I think that dry would be better for this purpose) of specialty grains such as Crystal and Chocolate for the extract brewer?? I am currently steeping some grains to go with the unhopped Coopers LME and figured that it would be easier (for me anyway) to simply add an amount of LME to add more profile to my beers. Frank - Coopers Brewery Posted August 12, 2003 Share Posted August 12, 2003 Sorry Greg, there are no plans to introduce any other dried malt extract products at this stage. We feel that speciality Home Brew stores are better placed to source and supply this type of product. We do produce four liquid malt extract products in the 1.5kg can: Light, Amber, Dark and Wheat Malt extract. These are available through Home Brew stores. Frank Akers - Coopers Brewery.
