Crazy Chicken Man Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 Kia ora! I know I'm leaving it a bit late to get beer ready for Christmas, but better late than never! I have an Orig Lager and Draught both in the early stages of ferment, both with Enhancer2. I intend to put some hop pellets in a hanky about halfway through the ferment. I have 100g of Motueka and Cascade. The Mrs will drink the Lager so things can't be very "beery", however it's not all about her. Any thoughts on amounts/combinations and the like?
