Mozavitch Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Can anyone give me a run down on the types of crystal malt grains out there. I'm mainly looking at ones to go with ales. I want to try out a few different receipes which include steeping cracked crystal malt such as the full nelson, but also want to experiment with variants on the ESVA and pale ales. I take it all comes down to the EBC desired. Any tips would be appreciated. Cheers Moz
