Steven H Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 Can I use sugar in the recipe to replace the Coopers brew enhancer 1 and 2? What are the differences and will it affect my brew. Also is it better to use sugar or the sugar capsules that coopers sell to put in the bottle. I find the capsules are easy to dose out and dont have to worry about too much or too little sugar going into the bottle. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
The Brew Master Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 Steven, I would prefer to use the Cooper's products as sugar can give your brew a cider taste.
