JarrodN Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 Hello I recently put on a Thomas coopers pilsner I guess my first question would be what alcohol percentage is it suppose to be?? as that could answer my next question. when I initially checked the gravity it was 1.30 which correct me if I'm wrong but it seems a bit low unless it is a mid strength as I am under the impression that it is a full strength beer. The temp when I checked it was a fair bit lower than other beers I initially checked which were around 24C however this was around the 18C mark. The sugar I added was 500g LDM and 400g dextrose.
