Canadian Eh!L Posted April 11, 2011 Share Posted April 11, 2011 Cream ale is a popular style in canadai'd like to try to create something toward that style. i'm thinking of a mish mash of an american pale ale with a canadian cream ale. i was thinking of: 1.7kg Can. Blonde 500g LDM 566g rice syrup (organic) 300g dex... or should it be honey? recultured Seirra Neveda PA yeast 23L water dry hopped with cascade.
