Cream ale

Cream ale is a popular style in canadai'd like to try to create something toward that style. i'm thinking of a mish mash of an american pale ale with a canadian cream ale. i was thinking of:


1.7kg Can. Blonde

500g LDM

566g rice syrup (organic)

300g dex... or should it be honey?

recultured Seirra Neveda PA yeast

23L water

dry hopped with cascade.


Cream ales are top fermented, cold lagered, then blended with another ale (maybe Cooper's Real).


any ideas?
