DenisM
I opened a couple of bottles of my first batch of Canadian Blonde. They taste great but they are fairly flat. I kept them in the hot press for the first 7 days after bottling and then kept them at room temp for another 7 days. I used one carbonation drop per 500ml bottle. Can they be rescued or is it too late? I've moved them back to the hot press because there were a couple of times during the first 7 days when the temperature dipped below 20 degree's centigrade. Thanks for all the help in the past. Denis
LeonardC2
I've found that bottle conditioning at 70F for 3 weeks, then in the fridge for 5 days works real well. Nice head, lots of carbonation down to the last gulp.
