In march i am trying to make birch sap beer here in england, i have found many recipes but they use 1 gallon of honey which would cost \xa360!! Rather than using 1 gallon honey to make 5 gallons, does anyone have a no honey recipe or know how much sugar i would have to use in place of the honey? Help very much appreciated!! Thankyou!
