Beer Pouring

Was at the Hotel LA in Brisvegas today and decided that the lovely bar lady may need a few lessons in pouring a pint of soopers sparkling ale. I think she wasted about 1 pint in the process of pouring 3. Every time she pull on the tap she has to stop and pour the excess head off. Perhaps someone from coopers should come and demonstrate how it should be done to minimise waste [rightful]

there's a bloke here in town who won't accept a beer if anything has passed over the top of the glass in pouring. He thinks it makes his beer go flat.[sideways]

 

I bet the owner of the LA doesn't spend much time in there. If they did they would be asking their staff to stop pouring profits down into the slops tray!
