kevk Posted July 20, 2023 Share Posted July 20, 2023 Hi first I really like the rodgers ale taste , does anybody know if using the Thomas cooper family secret amber ale with 500 grams light dry malt to make a mid strength would give a similar taste and adding cascade or would I have to try some other recipe.
