AllanY
Here is my version of Cooper's Canadian blond. 1 X Cooper's Canadian blond 1 X Brew Enhancer 2 1 X Cooper's Mosaic Hops 25g 1 X Cooper's Amarillo Hops 25g. 1 X Cooper's Carapils Malt. Follow the method in the recipe for " Off Track" XPA. Using 1/2 of Mosaic in boil and the rest dry hop with Amarillo after three days of fermentation. Crisp Fresh Pine predominantly with tropical fruit aroma. A Canadian blond reimagined for the tropics of Queensland. I'll definitely do this one again. 5
