johng12 Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 Cascade lager Golden Harvest, brewed with .5kg light dry malt. Hopped with 12 grams Tettenang boiled 5 mins. Sg 1060 FG 1016 Brewed 16 days 11.5 litre batch Approx alcohol Volume 6.4% At first a heavy beer but after a bit of ageing will mellow out very nice. Keep in mind its only a small batch brew. Carbonating well now bubbles are getting smaller after some weeks in the bottle.
