RichardM9
I wanted to brew some dark beer as I already have a lot of lagers. I bought a dark beer from Big W but when I got it home there was no yeast sachet. As Big W is 30ks away I quickly popped into the nearest Coles, unfotunately they only had lager. I then used the yeast from the lager with the dark beer brew. It seems to be fermenting good style but I don't know if there are any drawbacks to what I have done.
