McFrankel
Tonight I cracked open Coopers Dark that I bottled about 6 weeks ago. All I can say wow how good is this. The aroma and taste was great I am hoping it improves further with age. Had a bitter chocolate taste (bite into 1 of those 80% organic choc bars and then you'll understand what I mean). The only down side was the lack of head. Anyone interested i used: Coopers Dark Ale Kit (and supplied yeast) 500grms LDM 1kg of Dextrose mixed to 21 litres. Was considering next time I make it up of adding some oak chips (stole the idea off the forum) to add to the aromatics. hmm tempted to crack another open now [lol]
