Kearnage Posted October 30, 2010 Share Posted October 30, 2010 Try gently swirling the fermenter and maybe opening and closing the tap a few times. Sometimes the yeast trub gets in the tap, but normally right at the start, or when you get to the dregs. The infection risk at this stage is low if you can get into bottles quickly...
