Motley Brue Posted March 10, 2010 Share Posted March 10, 2010 I have a Coopers Brew Kit, and was just given two cans of extract....Canadian Blond (2007...expiration) and Coopers Lager (2008). I would like to use these extracts but wasn't sure if I'd get skunky beer. Can or should I still use them, or dispose of them? Thanks for any suggestions.
