Will do as the recipe on the 'how to brew' page, but would like to add some dry hops. The hop smell was fantastic, but quite different from what I normally have, what kind of hops is it? Kearnage Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 Adding dry hops may make an interesting beer, but will take it away from the style of Coopers Sparkling Ale. As far as I know, POR (Pride of Ringwood) for bittering is the only hop addition, with no late hops at all. The flavours come from the yeast, which is why using a re-culture of the Coopers Commercial yeast is an important step in replicating this noble beer...
