Trusty1
Is there a cut off point after which you should not add hops to your brew? I have made a Euro Lager toucan (with 1kg of LDM) and added 15gms of saaz pellets about 9-10 days into fermentation. Will be in the tub 3 weeks tomorrow (5.8.2010) SG is steady at the 1018 mark, around 14-16C, will be bottling when I get a chance! I guess this is laaaate dry hopping? Am I mad? (for doing this, not generally!![rightful] )
MatR1
Some people dry hop in the keg and some pass the beer through hops when pouring, like this mob. http://www.dogfish.com/company/tangents/randall-the-enamel-animal.htm So no it's not too late but adding then bottling soon after may not give you the aroma you are after.
