Slurtis Staggersalot Posted June 16, 2010 Share Posted June 16, 2010 I'm on a similar path with my brewing, I recently made a Real Ale with 1KG Dex an 500g of LDM, Then realized that it may have been better the other way around, so I put down another kit. This time I reversed the measurements 1KG LDM and 500g of Dex. The first batch ended up at about 6% ABV, The second one is still in the fermenter.
