VictorD Posted April 28, 2010 Share Posted April 28, 2010 HI all, This is my first coopers dark ale been bottled for 2 weeks opened one on the 2 week mark and it tasted flat and no head.i Used the recommanded enhancer.Just wondering anyone else had this problem or do i need to leave it longer in bottles,i have made it the same as all my other batches.
