Bazz
I am a big fan of Pale Ale. If it is available at a pub I'll drink it. But I would like to know how to match it or get close with my home brew. :?
c38187
I did a Coopers Pale Ale replica using Morgans Canadian Lite with 1kg Brew Booster plus 200g dextrose. Turned out really well. I will probably only go to 20-21 litres total next one though. :)
Adam
 Let you guys into a little secret. Ive home brewed for over 15 years. trying to replicate that Coopers Pale or Sparkling Ale. You wont do it. At least you wont come close with kit beers. Do you think Coopers are going to allow a home brew thats as good as the famous Paley. NUP !!. Just enjoy your home brews for what they are. You made it. It tastes good so enjoy !! If you want a Paley go out and buy one
Jazman
well there is a way to do it but it requires a full mash or partial mash to do it so i think most of you out their would wan to go to that effort when coopers have heaps of good homebrew options
