Officially launching the ‘Cube Sour™’ as a new technique. Overview:  Make a clean lacto sour beer, using something similar to a kettle sour method.  Process:  1. Brew, mash out, cool to temp to suit Lacto strain, sour in a plastic HDPE cube over 24 hrs 2.
