Henry's Cat
Fear not Beanbag ! It won't be the best it can be having gone to that temperature but it will still be perfectly alright. The wet towel relies on evaporation to cool the fermentor, so won't do a whole lot of good enclosed in the esky. Either put it in the esky withe some ice / frozen bottles / whatever, or, bring it out and sit it in a dish of water with the wet towel draped over it - for best results with a fan blowing at it and a lump of ice on top to keep the towel cold and wet.
