topcat1525229332 Posted June 6, 2015 Share Posted June 6, 2015 Ok gents this was my NZ ALL BLACK'S BEER recipe (using Marks suggestions) Cheers 10L batch .8kg Canadian blonde 500g BE1 100g weyermann carafa 2 steeped at 60'c for 30 min 10g pacific jade 30 min 5g pacific jade 5 min US-05 rehydrated Has been bottled for 2 week's. First tasting last night was promising. It has a lime n black pepper taste and the colour is nice and dark. Think i will leave it to mature for a month or so.
