Otto Von Blotto Posted May 3, 2015 Share Posted May 3, 2015 Hi Thommo, I don't know for sure but I would guess that it is an ale yeast, and as such you probably don't want to let the temp drop below about 16 or 17 degrees as it'll go dormant.
