Cheers, Yeah sorry Duffy, I was thinking the blonde was a wheat based unhopped can. I really don’t know the can stuff. Itll be bitter using two hopped cans but will it be too much, that’s up to taste. Bjcp call a Saison between 20-35 ibus. How much do the cans give you?
