Canadian Eh!L
I know my brew day is done when the chickens are fed. My chooks love a good feed on my spent grains. It's worth a coupla' dozen fresh egg.
Otto Von Blotto
Dang.. if only the neighbours still had chickens. Back when I was with my ex, we used to use the spent grains to bake little cookies for the dogs. They rather enjoyed them too.
King Ruddager
I was just about to ask about dog biscuits - how do you make them?
Otto Von Blotto
I can't remember the exact ratios now, but if you google it something will come up. It was something like 4 cups grain 2 cups flour 2 eggs 1 cup peanut butter Then mix it all up and bake it until they dry out.. all the proper info is out there though. Hairy
I have made these before. My dog loved them. They do take a while though as you have to dry them out. Don't make them if you mash hop though. BYO Magazine - Dog Treats
