I could suggest to just stick your order in and the $15 will be a credit back to your card. or You could wait till tomorrow when the store will fix it. This would be why this promotion was not applied to your order. If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact us on 1300 304 938. Kind regards Store now shows $15 flat shipping.
